Memories of Prakasham Bridge and Krishna River

The Prakasham Bridge, which connects the cities of Vijayawada and Guntur, is about 1225 meters long. Completed in 1957, and named after the first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Tanguturi Prakasham. The Bridge across the Krishna River would evoke many memories attached to our formative years. Thus, it is a truly special place for me, with my roving shutter-loving eye. But what I really like is how the whole stretch of old cobblestone structure creates a romantic vibe. Couples often come here, shying away from the crowds, pulling themselves together, driven by the cool breeze and the beauty of the river. And honestly, even people go there to do nothing but sit, watch the waters, and listen to the whispers of romantic drifts on display.
